We now offer the flexibility to host your own event with our products and resources, or we can assist you with hosting. Please see the details below for all the exciting updates! 1. What is Shea Heals? Shea Heals is a unique business that helps people release emotions through Smash Therapy, journaling, and guided healing experiences. We offer kits, workshops, and events for those seeking emotional healing and empowerment. 2. What is a Smash Coach? As your Smash Coach, I guide participants through Smash Therapy, a therapeutic method where people smash plates and other objects to release emotional stress. It’s a powerful, safe, and controlled release of deep-seated emotions. 3. How does Smash Therapy work? In Smash Therapy, participants write their emotions on a plate and smash it as a symbolic release of their burdens. Write, Smash, & Heal sessions include reflection, sharing, and a healing experience. 4. Is Smash Therapy safe? Yes, safety is a priority. We provide safety gear (glasses and gloves) for all participants. However, all participants are required to sign a waiver before taking part in any session or purchasing products. By signing, participants agree that Shea Heals is not responsible for any injuries or accidents during sessions. This waiver is available for download or via email for in-person events. 5. What is the Smash Therapy waiver? The waiver is a legal document that all participants must sign before engaging in any Smash Therapy session. It ensures participants are aware of the risks involved and releases Shea Heals from liability. It is mandatory for all attendees, and can be downloaded from our website or provided upon request. 6. Who is Smash Therapy for? Smash Therapy is for anyone seeking emotional release, whether from stress, grief, anger, or trauma. It’s available for adults of all backgrounds. While it’s therapeutic, it’s not a substitute for professional therapy. If you have deep emotional challenges, we encourage seeking licensed support. 7. What’s the difference between Smash Therapy and traditional therapy? Smash Therapy is a physical release method, while traditional therapy focuses on verbal communication. Smash Therapy can complement traditional therapy by providing a physical outlet for emotional expression. 8. Can men participate in Smash Therapy? Absolutely! Smash Therapy is for everyone, regardless of gender. Emotions are universal, and Shea Heals welcomes all. 9. What products do you offer? We offer Write, Smash, & Heal kits, journals, affirmation bottles, candles, and Smash Therapy products for emotional release. These products are designed to support your healing journey at home or at events. 10. Can I book private or group Smash Therapy sessions? Yes! We offer private and group sessions. Additionally, we offer Smash Therapy workshops for Ladies BFF & Couples Nights, as well as customized events like Smash Therapy for Therapy Groups, Healers, and Wellness Coaches. 11. Can I host my own Smash Therapy event? Yes! You can host your own Smash Therapy event using our products and resources: Self-Hosted: You can set up and run the event with the Write, Smash, & Heal book, which provides step-by-step instructions, a smash playlist, and a complete guide for the event. Therapists, Healers, and Wellness Coaches: Shea Heals acts as the bridge for you to offer this therapeutic service to your clients. I provide all the tools, guidance, and resources you need to lead a Smash Therapy session. I highly recommend having experience as a therapist, healer, or wellness coach to host effectively and provide the necessary support during the event. This ensures a safe, respectful, and transformative experience. For large events, we recommend booking 6 weeks in advance; for smaller events, please book at least 2 weeks in advance. 12. What is included in the Write, Smash, & Heal kits? The kits include plates, markers, and plastic bags for safe smashing, and a guidebook to help you release emotions. The kits can be used for events or personal healing. 13. Can I purchase the kits and other products in bulk? Yes! Bulk orders are available for Smash Therapy products, including kits. You can contact us at writesmashandheal@gmail.com for hosted events. Hosting fee applies, and travel fees may also apply depending on the event location. 15. Can I book a mobile Smash Therapy session? Yes! We offer mobile Smash Therapy sessions for local clients. We bring everything you need for a therapeutic event, including safety gear and smashable items. Plates are only included for local events unless otherwise discussed. 16. Do you offer candle-making workshops? Yes! Candle-making workshops are held twice a month and can be booked online. We recommend booking at least one month in advance for larger groups. 17. How do I order your products? You can order directly from our website, with delivery, local pickup, or shipping options. Plates are included for local events only unless otherwise discussed.
